Welcome To Asset Center

AssetCenter is a flexible asset management software. Designed to be used by any industry. Home or business user with approachable pricing.

Embark on organizing your physical assets and digital subscriptions. Begin by entering your industry specific categories for assets and subscriptions. Examples being Laptops, Light Pickup Trucks, or Shovels. It is completely flexible you create your own categories for assets and subscriptions.

Once your categories are created you can begin to enter all of your assets, subscriptions, people and locations into the system. We offer the ability to mass import them from an excel spreadsheet. See the Import From Excel page for more details.

#Universal Search

No nonsense to the point software. The navigation menu has a dedicated universal search button. Find any asset, subscription, person or location at any point.

#Easily Add New Resources

A dedicated plus button in the navigation allows you to easily add new resources.

#History Tracking

History is tracked, anytime an asset is assigned, reassigned, broken down, repaired, retired, or sold a timestamped history is kept for that resource.

#Reports

We currently offer four reports. A straight line depreciation report, an aging report so you can see assets that are end of life or comign up on end of life. Asset breakdown report see a list of assets which got broken and who was responsible. Finally a subscription report that allows you too see a high level view of your subscriptions, their cost and who the costs are assigned to.

#Notifications

Get a monthly overview report of all the asset and subscriptions in your organization. Get alerted when assets are nearing end of life or when subscription contracts are near to expire.
